Our society is facing significant environmental, social and economic challenges. We want to help provide a platform to people on the progressive side of politics.

Earth News Australia is a new project by not-for-profit start-up Australian Progressive Media.

The aim of this project is to slowly grow a media broadcast channel in the glaring reflection of our competitors. We will proudly articulate and present progressive viewpoints based on science and evidence to a mainstream Australian audience.

We think our lives depend on it, and so do yours.  We are seeking initial seed funding to help construct the organisation and begin to produce content. 

Earth News can be created at a fraction of the cost of the opposition – without the expensive big sets and high salaries they need to make their bullshit happen.

We are looking for people to join our presenter development program. 

It is a genuine chance to make a contribution. The program will last a few months. The aim is to help produce the talent needed by the organisation. It’s an opportunity to learn professional presenting skills, as well as story-telling and interviewing techniques. 

We are looking for articulate, persuasive people who share our vision. If this is you, don’t be shy.

We are looking for a range of different people with experiences in different aspects of broadcast media, such as news managers, writers, producers, technicians, and presenters.
